Carols at Scarborough
To celebrate what has been an amazing year for us, we’d love you to join us for the 3 Oceans Carols at Scarborough – Sunday 10 December at 7pm.
The event has been organised by Scarborough Beach Association for 22 years and in 2017, Muscular Dystrophy WA has the privilege of being the aligned charity.
This is a joyous iconic event for the community to celebrate the festive season and the spirit of Christmas through singing along with the Australian Army Band and the Australian Army Pipes and Drums. Compered by Channel 7 Perth Rick Arden, the night will finish with a fireworks display thanks to the Far East Organization.
If you are heading down please plan ahead. Due to the ongoing redevelopment works, available parking and access to the Amphitheatre is limited. We would like to encourage everyone to plan their journey and allow plenty of time to get there – arrive early and where possible catch public transport, get dropped off, or park a little further afield. Pay attention to parking signs and only parked in marked bays.
There will be traffic management in place around the main roundabout with access limited to buses only from approx. 7.30pm. There are two pedestrian entrances to the Amphitheatre, with disabled access from the north entrance.
The event would not be made possible without the support of 3 Oceans, City of Stirling, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, Lotterywest, Scarborough Beach Association, the Far East Organization and many Scarborough businesses.
We hope to see you there.
